KGS Touch Screen

Project Description

Similar to the touch screen we developed for the Explorium Children's Museum, this installation features a rear projected screen and short throw projectors, combined with lasers in each corner that create a plane of laser light. A consumer grade camera sits behind the screen and watches for the plane of laser light to be broken by a touch, and sends that information to the software.

This means our large format touch screens are inexpensive and can be used with gloved hands or presentation instruments.
